Custom Sales Avatar is a service of HummingAgent AI. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, what you want an avatar to do, the tools you currently use, and your message. When you book a call through our scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time under its own privacy policy. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a build plan and quote, and follow up about services you asked about. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team email. Call scheduling is handled by Calendly. This site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what is needed for them to provide their service.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set marketing cookies and does not run third party advertising trackers. If we add privacy respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us through the form on this site, and we will honor the request promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
